1. Warranty Coverage

At MeDeeKor, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our Metal Wall Art. Every item is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• Structural integrity issues (e.g., warping, breakage under normal use).

• Finishing defects, such as significant paint peeling or fading not caused by misuse.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, natural fading over time).

• Damage due to improper handling, installation, or maintenance.

• Exposure to extreme conditions (humidity, direct sunlight, heat, or chemicals).

• Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or modifications to the product.

• Commercial or outdoor use unless specifically stated as “outdoor safe.”

3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim:

1. Contact Us – Email info@medeekor.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect.

2. Review – Our quality team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

3. Resolution – If approved, we will, at our discretion:

   • Repair the item, or

   • Replace the item with the same or equivalent product, or

   • Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

• Products must be returned in safe packaging if a return is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

5. Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Warranty claims made after 1 year from delivery will not be accepted.
